What is Colorful Standard Return Policy? 

• Should you, against expectations, regret your purchase, then any goods can be returned within 90 days of reception of the goods. Should you regret your purchase, then return the goods in substantial state and quantity that you received your goods in. The purchase price will be refunded to your account within 10 working days. Please remember to enclose information with your name and invoice number.

There are no hidden costs. Colorful Standard covers all the costs related to tax and import duties for customers in Europe, US and Canada. Outside Europe, US and Canada local tax may apply.

If I return an order when do I get my money back?

Colorful Standard processes your return as soon as they get it, but it can take up to 10 days before the money is back in your account if you paid by credit card. If you have paid with PayPal it can be a few days only.

Does Colorful Standard offer exchanges?

Unfortunately Colorful Standard does not offer exchanges. Thier inventory changes often and sizes and colors may sell out. Instead Colorful Standard recommends that you return the originally ordered item(s) for a refund and afterwards place a new order for the replacement(s).
