How soon can I receive my goods?

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) are generally fulfilled and shipped the same day. Once the order leaves their facility, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Coravin will make every reasonable effort to fill your order with the estimated shipping date, but they will not be responsible for any delays in filling your order. They currently offer the following domestic shipping options via FedEx (for orders shipped to the US). Please note that all shipping times are based on the shipping date and standard business days do not include weekends and holidays.

What is their return policy?

If you purchased a Coravin system directly from www.coravin.com and are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it within thirty days of purchase. To return your Coravin system, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] or 1 (855) 692-6728 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. They will refund to you the purchase price of the returned Coravin system (excluding original shipping charges) within thirty days of receipt of such returned product with the applicable RMA.

What is their warranty policy?

Under normal use and following care instructions, they will, at their option, repair or replace any equipment that does not meet the terms of this warranty. Coravin warrants your Coravin equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Coravin or an authorized Coravin dealer or partner. Coravin's warranty does not cover loss or damage to any wine using Coravin products. Coravin may require original proof of purchase to verify the date of purchase.
