Sizing can be tricky from one brand to the other. Being a Swedish brand our product tend to be lean and long which can be seen as an athletic fit. If you are typically between sizes with most brands you may want to consider going up one size.
What is the Price Adjustment Policy?
If an item is further reduced in price within 4 days of when you purchased it and the purchase was made without a promo code applied, Macy's will refund the difference in price to your original form of payment. You must present your receipt or order number for us to look up.
I placed my order with 2-day shipping, it has been 3 days, why have I not received it?
Orders placed on a Friday after 1:30pm EST, on a weekend day, or holiday will be processed for shipping the NEXT business day. Once shipped, your order will arrive within the days of your preferred shipping method.
Can they tell me where pockets and zippers are on this item?
Sometimes it is hard to see all the product details but on the item product page, there are images of the products showing the style and location of the pockets and zipper. I would like to change sizes of an item that I ordered; can they please provide an exchange for me?
They ship everyday to get you what you ordered ASAP. If the order has shipped before they hear from you, they cannot exchange the item. You can return the item to them if the fit is not correct as long as it is returned with tags and original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Once their inventory team has received the return, they will issue a refund. In the meantime, you can order the correct size or wait for the refund which can take up to 10 business days.
Can I return an item that was on clearance or on sale?
Unfortunately, no. All sale and clearance items are final sale.
Can I order Craft product from another country and have it shipped to me?
Yes, you can. Please reach out directly to the site you are looking at and confirm they will ship to you in the US. It can be timely and expensive to ship overseas.
