Cuisinery Frequently Asked Questions
What are the exceptions for shipping?
They do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. Shipping only available within the continental US.
Due to international regulations, they are unable to ship internationally. Orders with an international shipping address will not be processed.
They cannot make deliveries on Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years’ Day, and other National Holidays.
They cannot process orders shipping to a PO Box or Military address.
How do they pack my order?
They carefully pack each order in an insulated box and pack them with dry ice to keep them cold inside a sealed container.
Dry ice is a gas, so it doesn’t release water when evaporating and does not damage the product during shipping.
The dry ice comes in a clear plastic bag and then is wrapped in brown paper.
Based on package weight, they include what they deem to be a sufficient quantity of dry ice to maintain temperature and ensure their products are delivered in optimal condition.
How does the delivery service work?
