What's your international delivery?

They offer international delivery for the majority of products on their site, meaning you can send your order to 130 countries around the world, including North America, Australia and China. Please note that for countries outside the EU import duties and taxes may be levied once your order reaches your country. Charges and customs holding times may vary depending on the value of the package and the final destination address. Wherever possible we aim to ship all EU orders from their EU warehouse where this is not possible some items may face delivery delays but all customs import and duties will be paid. If you purchase an item over the value of $1000 AUD to Australia they will cover the cost of duties and taxes, these include Lyma, Dr Arrivo and Capillus.

What's your return policy?
