How can I return or exchange a product?

• If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the item number, color/size/etc. and the quantity you would like in exchange.If you have returned an item, you can expect a refund posted to your account within 7-10 days of the receipt of the returned package.

What can I learn about product safety?

• When their products are initially developed, they work closely with their vendors to ensure the materials selected are safe to use for the product's intended use and the product containing such materials will comply with all applicable Laws. 

• This includes, but is not limited to, meetings standards for lead content, phthalates, and Bisphenol A (BPA). 

• All products including, but not limited to, children's products that are regulated by the CPSC and that are shipped to them require a vendor-supplied Children's Product Certificate or General Certificate of Conformity, depending on the product.

• Current Catalog takes product safety seriously and they are committed to taking the steps necessary to produce products that are safe for their intended use and that fully comply with applicable Law.

Is it possible to cancel or change my order once it has been submitted?

• They want your order to be printed just the way you want it. Please precisely follow directions for ordering personalized items, and proofread your personalization information carefully before submitting your order. 

• Your order automatically begins processing as soon as it's submitted; therefore, they're unable to make changes, corrections, and/or cancellations. No replacements or refunds can be made on orders submitted with incorrect information, though they will gladly reorder items for you. They reserve the right to use discretion in what they print.

Can the orders be shipped to anywhere?

• Of course! They can send orders to any address you wish within the United States. To designate an address other than your own, simply make your choices in Check Out where you’ll enter the recipient’s address. 

• To ship your order to multiple addresses however, you must place your order by phone at 1-800-848-2848. Please note: you will be charged a fee for each additional “ship to” address, in addition to the standard shipping & handling fee.
