Can I exchange it?

• If you need different sizes or want to exchange your purchase for another item, they are happy to provide the exchange service within 30 days after purchase. To continue the exchange, just follow the following instructions:

• Fill in the return part of the order form attached to the package, specify the items you want to exchange, and state the items you want to exchange.

• If the new product is more expensive, you will receive an email informing you of additional payment.

Do they offer sale&promotional returns?

• They learned that you may have bought a product that has been reduced in price recently. Unfortunately, this is just a bad time. Unfortunately, if this happens, they cannot refund the price difference. 

• Daisy may carry out promotional activities from time to time, so if you receive gifts at the time of purchase, you must return the items and gifts to get a full refund. 

What is their return policy?

• Standard return period: if you want to return goods, they are happy to return or return your order within 30 days. Please note that this does not include earrings.

• Warranty: all their jewelry has a one-year warranty period. During this period, they are happy to replace items with manufacturing faults for free.

• Christmas return period: they extended the return policy during the holiday period. All online orders between November 1 and December 24 can be returned or exchanged before January 31. Please note that this does not include earrings. For purchases after December 25, their normal refund policy applies.

• All international returns can be sent back within 30 days after the order arrives. Unfortunately, delivery is not free at present, but they are working hard. Please follow the instructions below:
