Can I make a return at D'Blanc?

• If you have used this product, you cannot return it, sorry! If the product has not been used, you can purchase it to them within 30 days using their prepaid return shipping label. Please note that $10.00 will be deducted from the refund for each returned package. You can follow the instructions below to obtain one of these tags. 

• Unfortunately, they don't offer direct exchange. If you want to exchange something, you have to return the unwanted item for a full refund. You can go back and get what you need. Please refund the returned product within 7-14 days after they receive it.

When will my order be settled?

Your credit card will only be charged when the order is shipped. When your order leaves the warehouse, they will send you a shipping confirmation via email. If it's been a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received confirmation of shipment, this is a big pity! Please contact their customer service team [email protected] and they will be more than happy to help you.

How long can I get my orders at D'Blanc?

Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, except holidays and weekends. When your order leaves the warehouse, they will send you a shipping confirmation via email. Vissla is currently shipping to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that their shipping department is closed over the weekend, from Christmas to New Year's Day for all major holidays. If it's been a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received confirmation of shipment, this is a big pity! How can I make a return at D'Blanc?

Find the button in the top right corner of their website that looks like a small person (my account). If you have an account, log into your account, click on the link "View My Order" and select the order that contains the item you want to return. If you do not have an account, please enter your order ID number and order email. Complete and submit the online return request form and print a prepaid return label. Pack the product in suitable packing materials. Make sure you return merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packaging materials, and stick the return label to your return. Drop off your return package at any UPS shipping location.

Can I track my orders?

• When your order leaves the warehouse, they will send you a shipping confirmation via email. Confirm that there will be some information on how to track your order. You can also track your order by clicking a button that looks like a small person in the top right corner of their website. 

• Once you click the button, you can enter your order ID number and order email to track your order. If it's been a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received confirmation of shipment, this is a big pity!
