What is their shipping policy?

• They strive to process and ship all stock orders within 1-3 working days. Most of their orders are shipped within 1 working day.

• Decadent minimalists ship all orders by prepaid freight. Usually, their packages are delivered without any additional fees / duties, but they cannot guarantee this because it is completely unpredictable and the implementation is very inconsistent. Therefore, they are not responsible for any taxes / duties levied on imports to the destination country. They do not charge these fees and cannot repay them in any way.

What is their return policy?

• Their policy is valid for 7 days after receiving your package. If 7 days have passed after receiving your package, they regret that they cannot refund or exchange the goods for you.

• To qualify for return, your item must be unused and in the same status as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

• There are several kinds of goods that are exempt from return. Custom carved or personalized items cannot be returned.

• In order to complete your return, they may need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How long can I get a refund?

• After receiving and checking your return, they will send you an email to inform you that they have received your return. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

• If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and the credit card will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

• Items that have been used and / or have signs of use or wear may be returned at the seller's discretion. 30% restocking fee can be applied.
