How and When will I get my money back?
Returns can take up to 14 working days from dropping your parcel off, to be received, checked, and processed through their warehouse. Please keep safe the Proof of Postage Parcel Receipt you will receive from the Post Office or Collect Plus as this will be needed in the event of a claim. If you check tracking and your parcel has been received at their warehouse, please still allow the standard time for your refund to be processed. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be paid back into the account of your original payment method.
How do I change my address?
In your account yo can save more addresses and, during checkout, select any of the given addresses. if you would like to change your entire address or delete an address, you can do this in your account under "My Addresses". You've already ordered but want it sent it to a different address? Just select 'Delivery to a different address' and enter the relevant details. They ship to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & islands, Isle of Wight, BFPO and the Isle of Man. Unfortunately, they are unable to offer delivery to the Isles of Scilly or Channel Islands at this time. *Please note they do not deliver to Evri pick up points at this time.
Is paying in the Deichmann Online Shop secure?
The security of your data is Deichmann’s utmost priority. Your payment details are only used to process the payment of items ordered from Deichmann. Deichmann uses SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) to transfer your personal data, such as your payment details. As an additional security measure they offer the 3D-Secure process “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”. Once you have entered your Visa or MasterCard details into your order, they will connect you to your card provider, where you can confirm your identity by means of a personal code. The card payment will only be carried out if your authentication has been successful. The purpose of this additional security level is to prevent the misuse of credit or debit cards, by stolen or cloned cards.
