How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
All orders have to be placed before 1 pm PST in order to be shipped out the same day. All delivery times are estimates only.
They ship and deliver only on business days.
If you choose expedited shipping by UPS, UPS does not count a pickup day as a business day, delivery will be made on the 4th business day for UPS 3 Day Service and on the 3rd business day for 2 Day Service.
UPS Next Day Service will be delivered the Next Business day excluding Saturday.
What are the conditions for returns?
All items have to be in the original manufacturer box and packed the way the manufacturer packed it.
If your item arrives damaged, please keep the original manufacturer box and shipping carton and email them right away. All defective models may be returned for a replacement for identical items only. They are not responsible for lost or returned packages in the event you moved and forgot to change your shipping address.
Items should be returned within thirty days from the purchase date. Please note that any items which have been glued or altered will not be accepted back for refund or exchange.
If the item is returned to them because the customer was not available to sign for it (in some cases they do require a signature on delivery) original shipping fee in this case is non-refundable.
Will I receive the exact same production box as shown?
Please note that sometimes manufacturers change the packing box, they can not control.
Their box image may not reflect these changes, the item will be updated in the new.
Can I return the products that I'm not satisfied?
They offer hassle-free returns on domestic orders. Simply email them at [email protected] and let them know the reason for the return and they will reply with the pre-paid return shipping label and return/exchange instructions within 24 hours.
