Do you have international shipping?

Discount Merchant can ship to many countries outside of the United States. Discount Merchant will have to declare your order's actual value on customs forms, and are not be able to label it as a gift or return.

Do I need to pay for taxes or duties?

You are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be applicable to a delivery outside the USA. Removing the product from the United States may void all warranties. You can place an order with your international credit card directly on the site if you are located in Canada or you can pay via several other alternative payment methods as offered on the site and accepted in your country.

Do I need to afford additional fee for returns?

Products sold in the Used-Acceptable condition are not returnable. An automatic 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for their original and return shipping costs. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have the standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to them) is not refundable.

What can I do if I receive the defective product?

If a defective product was purchased from Discount-Merchant as Factory Sealed, Open Box, or Refurbished, and the manufacturer Warranty applies, you will need to contact the manufacturer first for assistance. Please contact them if you need help working with the manufacturer, or to request an RMA to return the item back to them.
