Is it real carbon fiber?

• They do not use imitation soft plastic, silicone, TPU textured products that may look like carbon fiber, but do not at all have the properties of 100% Real Carbon/Aramid/Glass Fiber.

• They use 100% Real 3K Twill Carbon、Aramid and Glass fibers as stated in each product description. They have more than 15 years of experience perfecting their technique of manipulating the fiber to an art. All of their carbon fiber products are backed with ISO Certification as proof of their quality.

How do I track my order?

• All their orders will be provided with a tracking number.

• For all other countries please refer to your confirmation e-mail or if any issues, please don't hesitate to contact them ,with your order.

What items not eligible for returns/exchanges?

• Returns received in damaged or used condition.

• Returns received with damaged or incomplete original packaging.

• Items marked as final sale or not returnable on the product page.

• Free gifts or promotional items.

• Customized and/or special order items.

• Shipping charges, except in cases where they have made a shipping error.

How do I return an item?

• Make sure your return adheres to their return policy.

• Please email their aftersales team [email protected].

• Place all merchandise in a shipping box, you may use the original shipping container. Please do not use the manufacturer's box as the shipping container or it's very likely that it will arrive damaged. Your RA should be written on the outside of the box. Be sure to insure your package for the appropriate value and send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. Docarbonfi is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Ship the item(s) being returned back to us pre-paid.

• Once the return arrives back to them, they'll process the refund and contact you if any additional information is needed. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 72 hours of arriving at Docarbonfi and a credit/refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
