Dolly Girl Fashion Frequently Asked Questions
What is their return policy?
Issue electronic credit notes for eligible full-price items, they do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, wrong selection, or change of mind. Returns outside this period will be returned to you and additional charges may apply. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged in any way, undyed (including fake tan, makeup, deodorant) and have all labels still attached. Shipping with tracking is recommended as DGF is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 2pm Sydney local time will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. They ship all orders by express post, so orders within Sydney Metro will be delivered the next business day. Orders to the rest of Australia will arrive within 1-3 business days. For all other countries, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships from their warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. Note: To prevent any postage delays, please ensure you fill in your shipping address details correctly. Orders returned to them due to incorrect/insufficient addresses may incur additional charges. Once your order leaves their premises, it's in the delivery company's hands. Dolly Girl Fashion is not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the shipping provider. Please note that shipping guidelines are only an estimate - there may be some delays in your order during high volume or sales periods.
What if I received a questionable item?
If you find your item is faulty/defective upon arrival, please email them some photos of the item so they can assess if it may be the manufacturer's fault. They will replace, repair or replace the item for you. If they are unable to repair or replace the item, they will issue a full refund. Please note that loose/excess threads, irregular prints and see-through fabrics are not considered faults. All claims need to be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
