How much does the shipping cost?

What are the shipping options offered by DragonDoor.com?
Standard Shipping — Delivers within 7 to 10 business days after shipping.
Expedited Shipping — Delivers within 2 business days after shipping. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Friday through Sunday will arrive on Wednesday. Expedited kettlebell orders placed after 2 p.m.
International Shipping — Delivers within 10 to 30 business days after shipping. International orders are not traceable. International customers are responsible for any additional brokerage fees levied by the delivery company.
Do I need to pay for taxes for international orders?
