Do they shipping internationally?

• Dream Controller does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. 

• They do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. 

• Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

How can I tacke my order?

• You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder, and see if you can locate it. 

• This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

What are the return policy?

• All Dreamcontroller products are customized, we accept returns for all products, with an original box packaging in a good condition. You have 7 days, from the day of delivery, to return your controller to them. 

• As all DreamController products are hydro-dipped, there is a 15% restocking fee for all products returned unless a returned item is defective, in this case, the restocking fee may be waived. DreamController has the right to deduct the restocking fee while issuing the refund. Please retain all packaging and contact their Customer Service team at [email protected] or +1(916)866-8293 immediately. 

• Customer Service will issue a prepaid return label so that you can send the product back to them for free, please note that the prepaid return is label will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue kindly ship the return back within this time frame.

How about Cancellation of Ordered Goods?

• Cancellation request if the order is shipped: If you want to cancel the order once it has been dispatched, Please reject the parcel at the time of delivery so it will automatically be returned back to them. They will issue a complete refund once the package will be returned back to them.

• Cancellation request if the order is not shipped: If you want to cancel the order immediately and it is not dispatched, they will cancel the order and issue a complete refund.
