What is PureWine's return policy?
If you purchased or received a product directly from their website www.drinkpurewine.com and would like to return it, they will issue you a refund if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
You should return any unused products in their original packaging, including any any unused Wands or Waves.
To initiate a return, please email [email protected].
After 30 days, returns will not be accepted for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
PureWine offers a 1-year replacement period for items with manufacturing defects.
What is the shipping policy?
They provide Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $44.99. PureWine also ships to the UK and Canada. International shipping costs will vary depending upon weight and destination.
Due to recent challenges in the supply chain and with the shipping carriers caused by the coronavirus pandemic, orders may take up to 7-10 days to process before shipping. Further, the small parcel carriers may experience delays in the delivery of your order due to high volumes.
Is PureWine's products safe?
The patented PureWine® purification technology works without adding any chemicals to your wine, making all of their products safe, reliable and effective. All components of PureWine® products have been tested according to FDA standards. They are manufactured with food-grade-quality components that are sourced in The USA and are BPA-free.
Do the products work on all types of wine?
Red, white, rosé, sparkling-you name it. The entire family of PureWine® products works on all red and white wines. The Wand™ is uniquely able to work with sparkling (carbonated) wines such as rosé, champagne and prosecco, but vigorous stirring action may cause them to lose their effervescent "bubbles" more rapidly.
