What is your return & exchange policy?
You may return your eligible merchandise to DS18 for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
- If the product is open, they will work with you but product should be complete with all packaging and manuals intact to avoid a 20% restocking fee.
- All Closeout items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

What happens once I place my order?

Does ds18 cover return shipping of my product for warranty?
DS18 does not cover shipping costs to their facility. However if it is found to be a warranty issue, they will ship back the new of repaired product on them.
What is clipping?

Generally, all their amps have clipping indicators built in so you can see if you are clipping or not. Tuning your amp to no clipping will ensure long life and great sound.
