When will I receive my order?

• They understand the importance of getting your items to you as quickly as possible. 

• Please, allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

• Most orders placed before 1pm EST get shipped on the same day.

Does DSD Group offer free shipping?

• Yes. They offer free shipping on all domestic orders with no minimum required. 

• If you wish to arrange a different shipping method for your order, please contact them prior to making a purchase and they  will give you an accurate estimate for your preferred delivery type. 

• Free shipping will be provided to 48 continental states only. 

• By completing a purchase with free shipping, you give them permission to use their preferred shipping method and carrier for your order. 

What is the return policy?

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days for a full refund depending on return reason. 

• All items must be in their original condition and in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. 

• Opened items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

• Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

• Please, include the original receipt that came with your item. Failure to do so may result in delay return processing. For all returns that are not due to shipping damages and/or factory defects, return shipping will be paid by buyer.

How to deal with lost and damaged items?

• If your item gets lost or damaged during shipping, they will send you a free replacement. 

• If your item arrives damaged and/or appears to have a factory defect, please contact our Customer Support at 718.499.6200 within 7 business days after you receive the item and request a return shipping label. 

• After they receive the damaged/defected item back, they will send you a free replacement.

• Please understand, that once the item has departed their facilities, it is fully in the hands of the shipping carrier and completely out of their control. 

• However, they are still responsible for the item until it reaches your door. 

• If your item does not arrive to you within 20 business days, it will be considered "lost" and, therefore, qualify for a free replacement. It is your responsibility to notify them of all lost items for a free replacement to be processed.

Can I exchange my order for a different item?

• If you have purchased an item and would like to exchange it for a different item sold on the Site, please, contact their Customer Support at 718.499.6200 and their representative will assist you in quick exchange processing. 

• Please, note, that you will be required to pay for return shipping as well as the shipping of the new item to you.
