How soon will I receive my refund?
Shipping time can take up to 10-14 business days before they receive your return. After receiving your return, it will take an additional 7-10 business days to process your refund to the original payment method. Carriers can delay your return for a number of reasons.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed using standard shipping methods will take 2-3 business days to process. If you choose expedited shipping, the processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped from their warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It will contain information to track your order. Remember, the delivery time starts to count once your order ships from their warehouse.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, they cannot modify or cancel the order. You are welcome to return items after receipt that you no longer wish to keep. If your order/item is cancelled, you will be notified by email. Remember, you will not be charged for any cancelled items/orders.
How do I return it?
Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt of your order. After submission, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you. Please print the shipping label. Put your items back in the package, put the shipping label on the outside, and drop off at the USPS closest to you. Remember to keep your tracking number! Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive at their factory. After their warehouse receives your return, it can take up to 7-10 business days to complete. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.
Why is an item missing from my order?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. They ship from multiple locations to ensure you receive your item as quickly as possible. If an item is missing from your order, it may be preparing to ship or has already shipped on another day. Once all items have been shipped, you will receive an email with all tracking numbers associated with each item.
