Can I change my order?

If they have personalized your order incorrectly, they will be happy to send you a replacement for the personalized item. They will not replace an incorrectly engraved item just because you received the wrong image/misspelled text. 

Can the map be moved? Is it possible to remove it from the wall and reassemble it without damaging it?

If you want to take it off the wall (hopefully not because you don't like it anymore) - you'll need a hair dryer. Direct the airflow between the map block and the wall, wait a few moments, and then remove them one by one. To reinstall the map, you will need to buy more tape and the old one will not work.

What is their return policy?

Their policies are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot offer you a refund or exchange. They want you to absolutely love every piece of memorabilia they send you. But sometimes life happens, plans change, and they get it. They accept returns and exchanges for items that are not personalized, not customized, and not cleared within 30 days of you receiving your package. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs required to send the item for exchange. They will not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom or clearance items. 

What is their shipping policy?

Due to the situation in Ukraine, most of your orders are now being shipped from warehouses in the United States and Europe. All orders from the United States or Canada are shipped within 1-4 business days of purchase. All orders from Europe and the rest of the world are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. For international customers who are required to pay customs fees, you will receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile or your local customs authority requesting payment to process your order through customs.
