• Erik's Bike Shop is not able to take returns on Face Masks and Balaclavas. All items in those categories are excluded from thier regular return policies.

• In the event that you do need to return a product, thier simple Return and Exchange policy makes it fast, easy and worry-free to do so.

What is Erik's Bike Shop Shipping Policy?

• EErik's Bike Shop offers free shipping on most orders over $50. Free shipping is applied to your order total after any promotions, credits, coupons, and other discounts are applied. Some exclusions to free shipping apply including oversized and overweight items (ex. select bikes, indoor cycles, and car racks) and orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

• At Erik's Bike Shop, they strive every day to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. That includes making sure your order arrives quickly in great condition. • They try to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed (Mon-Fri). For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, Erik's Bike Shop aims to ship within 24 hours of the next business day. With that said, there are times when there are delays in shipping orders.

• ERIK'S Extras are included with the purchase of a new bike, snowboard or skis in-store at any ERIK'S Location. Where possible, we extend these Extras to online purchases - Extended Parts Warranties, Low Price Guarantee. But no matter what or how you are buying from ERIK'S they will make sure we stand behind thier products.

• If you find a lower price on an identical bike or related product within 30 days of purchase, ERIK'S will give you store credit for the difference! Click here for further details.

• ERIK'S Parts Warranty extends the manufacturer's warranty on any new bike purchased from ERIK'S. This covers defects of any non-electric related components for as long as you own your new bicycle from ERIK'S. For a full description, stop in at any ERIK'S Location.
