What payment method does EXcaliberPC accept?

They accept: visa, MasterCard, discover, American Express, PayPal, prepaid company checks, prepaid personal checks, cashier checks and money orders (all checks must be cleared in their bank accounts, even cashier checks, before goods are shipped)

Can I make a return at ExcaliberPC?

• Generally speaking, unless otherwise stated, the credit and replacement period of the project is allowed to be 14 days.

• For more than 14 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement. For items that the manufacturer will not directly guarantee, a handling fee of $20 will be charged to cover transportation and handling costs. Please provide check or credit card information in the returned package and attach a letter requesting service. 

• ExcaliberPC.com does not provide advanced replacement. The customer must pay the return freight for all returns, including DOA products.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at ExcaliberPC?

My tracking number is invalid. What should I do?

What should I do if the goods are damaged when they arrive?
