What is the delivery policy?

• Sometimes items are offered for sale in advance of stock arriving and they give an anticipated despatch date on the website when you order. If this date changes or any other problems occur, they will be in contact by email.

• If any item cannot be delivered within this time specified when the order was placed, they will attempt to inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date, where the reasons for this are known, and the delay is realised.

When will my order be shipped?

• Goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you when placing the order. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, then they deliver all items on a DDP (Delivered duties paid) basis for all non UK/ EU zone shipments. 

• Where delivered by DDP, or when an order is placed in a different tax jurisdiction, then no adjustment, change or reduction is made for VAT or VAT equivalent amount, and to places where VAT is not charged.

• Where no UK VAT is chargeable on a transaction they do not refund the VAT equivalent or exclude a like value from the sales price. 

• Orders placed outside of the UK do however benefit from duty and local tax free shipping (DDP) to all available locations.

Can I return or exchange the defective items for free?

• Free Returns and Exchanges are offered on any orders with a value over £50. 

• When returning a product only the cost of the product will be refunded and not the delivery charge.

• What if I want to cancel my order?

• You may cancel your order placed up to the point of processing and printing by the warehouse. 

• Upon cancellation, all payments will be fully refunded within 2 working days.
