How long will it take for my shirts to arrive?
All of their products are printed to order, meaning they don't keep an inventory of every SKU available. Typically it will take about 2 business days or less for orders to print before leaving their production facility. In total you should expect about 10 days to receive your order but if you need your shirts for a special occasion they suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays.
How does Famous In Real Life's products fit?
Currently they only offer adult sizes. Most of their products fit true to size but for some of their women's products they suggest ordering a size up or going with a Unisex alternative. Please see their sizing chart for exact size information. There is approximately a 1 inch variance that can be experienced from what is expressed in the chart. They want to make sure you're happy with your order so please let them know if your products don't match their size chart within reason.

I made a mistake with my order, how do I change it?
Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let them know immediately. There is approximately a 12 hour window which order can be edited prior to production and fulfillment.
Should I pay the shipping when I make a return?
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 172494 Tampa Florida US 33672.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. They don't guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
What should I do if my products are missing?
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact them at [email protected].
How can I get my refunds?
Typically they only accept returns for store credit however they want to make sure you are happy with their products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please let them know and they will be happy to get you a replacement.
