What is spring shipping policy?

• Some plants and trees are cold sensitive, so it is best to ship them during months with milder temperatures. Spring-shipped items are identified on their product pages. Northern States that ship only in spring are also identified.

• Most trees and plants can be planted year-round safely, but some gardeners prefer planting in warmer weather. If you would like to delay your delivery date, please call them at 1-844-510-8631. They're happy to work with your preferred schedule!

What is return policy?

• Since plants and trees are perishable, nursery stock cannot be returned without authorization. Once a tree has been removed from its original container, or has been planted, it cannot be returned. In some cases, garden supplies and hard goods may be authorized for return, including fertilizers, planting mixes, planting kits and watering bags.

• Note: Once trees and plants are approved for return, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. These trees must be returned in live condition within two weeks of receipt, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Keep in mind that buyers are responsible for shipping and processing charges. By purchasing nursery stock, customers accept Fast Growing Trees Nursery's terms and conditions of sale, constituting the entire agreement. Their liability will not be greater than the cost paid for the customer's order in any circumstance.

Is there a return fee?

Unfortunately, there is a restocking fee of 25% with a $10 minimum. This covers their costs for processing; however, there is no fee for delaying the shipping of your order or cancelling an order before it has shipped.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please call their customer service department as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be done via email, nor can they process a cancellation once an order has gone to shipping.

Can I delay the shipping of my order?

Of course! They understand that, on occasion, your schedule may change. Please call them as soon as possible to delay your order. If your order has not been sent to shipping they can delay your order for any length of time you request.
