Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
For orders placed online through the mobile application or through the website, orders can be changed and or updated until the time payment is made with a credit card.
Once the credit card information has been entered and the order has been placed, orders cannot be canceled without calling the restaurant directly.
There is no way to cancel an order placed on the website or through the mobile application.
All guests are encouraged to review their order prior to entering their credit card information into the website.
Refund requests should be directed to the restaurant where the purchase was made, as most restaurants are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
Does Fazolis offer single order delivery?
Single order deliveries will be performed by third party delivery service providers that may include, but is not limited to: GrubHub, DoorDash®,OrderUp, Postmates, UberEats, Byte, Mr. Delivery, Btownmenus, HoosierFood, Waiter on the Way, ezcater, City Spree, Bite Squad, Cruzin Waiter, Delivery Logic, and Food Precinct.
Delivery orders are placed through the appropriate service provider’s website in accordance with all terms and conditions as indicated on their respective web sites.
How does the Catering Delivery work?
Catering delivery will be performed by a limited number of restaurants.
In restaurants that offer catering delivery, each restaurant will have a minimum amount for a catering occasion ($150 for corporate owned locations – franchisees set their own limit) with a delivery fee up to $20.
All catering orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and are non-cancelable the day of the delivery as the preparation of the food would have already taken place.
Fazoli’s and participating franchisees reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to limit delivery areas.
Are there any special offers at Fazolis?
Sure. Program members will receive push notifications and/or emails that include exclusive offers and information, such as being the first to hear about select new menu items, special promotions, system-wide events, etc.
From time to time Fazoli’s may send push notifications and/or emails to Program member’s related to specials, offers, features, promotions or advertising that it deems appropriate.
