What are the conditions for returns?
You must request an RMA prior to returning the item. If you created an account this can be done from your account profile. If you did not create an account please contact them by phone or email and reference your order number.
All returns must be made within 30 days of original shipment. All items must be in original packaging and in new sellable condition.
Products that are custom made cannot be returned for a refund. These items include, but are not limited to, bunker gear, leather fire helmets, badges, etc.
If you are uncertain if an item is returnable or not, please call or email prior to placing the order so that they can assist you.
Can I return a defective item?
Yes. They will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Fulfillment mistakes that they make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping charges on mistakes by Feld Fire Inc. will be paid by Feld Fire Inc. and they can arrange for pickup or transmit a UPS label to expedite return of an item shipped incorrectly by them.
When will they ship my order?
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM CDT will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
Most orders received after 12:00 PM CDT will ship the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
They cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Feld Fire, UPS or other parties only as an estimate.
They encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Do I need to pay for taxes for international orders?
Yes. Feld Fire Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the sales nexus of Feld Fire, Inc.
