Five Pawns Frequently Asked Questions
What is their return policy?
Five Pawns' return policy is valid for a maximum of 30 days. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed after 30 days of purchase, for any reason. There are no exceptions. Eligible returns include unused, unopened products in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Any opened or tampered with bottles cannot be returned or exchanged. They will not accept returns for reasons such as the shipping agent cannot find the MSDS sheet for the item. For domestic shipments, they do not provide MSDS sheets.
What is their shipping policy?
Five Pawns offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 will be charged at a flat rate of $14.99. Under the PACT Act, they are now required to charge state sales tax based on your shipping location. Due to the PACT Act, they will now take 1-4 business days to process your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. They are working to reduce this timeframe, but unfortunately they are subject to private courier policies and pickup times. All Five Pawns domestic orders are shipped using a third party private courier and transit times may vary depending on your shipping destination.
Do I have to pay for the refund?
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product you are exchanging to reach you may vary. If you are shipping more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. They do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, they will send you an email notifying you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
