How can I order Flowers from Flower Chimp?
Find a flower bouquet that you like, click on the image, and the product page will load.
On the product page, you can select an area of delivery (West / East Malaysia)
Just add the flower bouquet to your cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button and a pop up will appear featuring add ons (e.g. chocolates & teddy bear) that you can include with your purchase.
Once in the cart, you may write your personalized card message, select a preferred delivery date and time slot.
Proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Go To Delivery Address" button. Provide them with your email address, the recipients address and how they can reach out if there are problems with the delivery.
Next, confirm your shipping information and proceed with payment method - they offer a variety of payment methods via Stripe (credit cards), Grab (e-Wallet) and eGHL (FPX and credit cards) to suit your needs.
How long do flowers usually last?
Flower Chimp flowers are all freshly designed and arranged, so on average they will last between 3-7 days provided that you follow their care instructions. Some flowers such as orchids will even last up to 2 weeks or even longer only if proper care is given to maintain its' freshness. Different flowers naturally have differing lifespans but they try to always include varieties that they’re sure will last the distance.
What payments methods do they accept?
They accept credit / debit / charge cards and e-wallets via a variety of payment methods such as Stripe, Grab and eGHL to suit your preferred payment method. They recommend payment via credit / debit card since payment is instantly processed and they are able to directly to fulfill your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order 24 hours or one (1) day before your intended delivery date and they will process a full refund / charge-back to you. Kindly note that refunds will typically take at least ten (10) days for the refund process to be completed depending on the payment method method you used to make your purchase and bank clearance which Flower Chimp does not have influence upon.
It is your responsibility note of their cancellation policy mentioned above. Failure to do so will deem your request to cancel the order and full refund invalid.
Do they deliver on the same day?
Yes, for orders placed before 5:00 PM they guarantee same day delivery if it's in the Klang Valley area. For recipients outside of Klang Valley, the cut-off time is 2:30pm. Please note that for deliveries on Sundays, orders need to be placed latest by 2:30 PM on Saturday.
