Where does Fnatic ship from?

• They ship mainly from the Netherlands.

• Amazon FBA fulfilled orders are shipped from multiple warehouses throughout the Europe. The source of shipping can vary depending on the article availability and country of destination.

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

How long will my order take to dispatch?

• They aim to ship all regular orders within 1-2 working days after the order has been placed. When it comes to custom-made orders, like custom jerseys and custom jackets, estimated shipping time is up to 10 days after the order placement.

• When it comes to pre-ordered items, the shipping date is announced on the product page of the item purchased.

• Some order can be shipped via Amazon FBA which uses various delivery services depending on the country, and they determine the shipping times. 

Do they offer a Free shipping option?

• They now offer FREE SHIPPING for orders with the value above €100/£100 for certain countries and above $100 for the United States.

• To benefit from this you must choose the "Free shipping" option at the checkout. 

• Please note, free shipping option doesn't apply for all countries. Here is the list of the countries for which Free Shipping above €100/£100 option is valid:

Which shipping provider do they use?

They ship via Post NL and P2P which are the transfer services that forward your package to your local delivery service in charge once it reaches country of destination. From that moment onward, your package is under their jurisdiction. Some examples of this:

• Germany - Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes

• Spain - Correos

• Italy - Poste Italiane, GLS

• France - La Poste

• UK - Royal Mail, Hermes 

• USA - USPS, FedEx

• Canada - Canada Post etc...

How do I track my order?

• Once the order has been dispatched from their warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from them. Within the email, you will find the information on the item(s), their price, shipping costs and the tracking information with the link to track your order. Dispatches are done by our carrier partners FedEX, PostNL or DPD.

• When the parcel arrives to your country, it’s usually handed over to the carrier partners that FedEX and PostNL have partnerships with, and you would be able to use their tracking on their sites and to follow the parcels.
