Does Fort Edmonton Park supply any donation activity?
Fort Edmonton Park mainly provide three donation methods:
- Financial donations: You can donate your money to create and improve an internationally acclaimed living history experience.
- Item donations: If you are interested in making a donation to the historical artifact collection, you can email [email protected] or call 311 to make a donation. It will be helpful to attach a photograph of the items in your email. Please note: They currently don't accept stoves, phonographs, player pianos, organs, pianos and radios.
- Time donation: If you want to donate your time, you can be volunteers and donate your time to participate a variety of activities such as cultivating heritage gardens, researching, enriching special events, fundraising, bringing historic characters to life, etc. to make your contributions.

- You can book up to 30 children/youth (discounted rate of 14.63$ (+GST) per child (3-17) ) and 5 adults per group at a time.
- Your chaperones can get a free admission.
- Self-Guided Group Programs contain Admission to the Park.
- During the Self-Guided Group Program, you can choose to add on one or more Group Program Add-Ons. Add-Ons are 90-minute, hands-on activities led by one of their cultural experts.
How can I exchange my ticket for a different date?
If you want to exchange your ticket for a different date, please conform to the following steps:
- Step 1: Refer to your original order receipt and click the “exchange tickets” button at the bottom.
- Step 2: After you’re logged into your ticketing account, you’ll be demonstrated with your order to select the tickets you plan to exchange.
- Step 3: Select which tickets you want to exchange.
- Step 5: Select from the two options - Exchange Date and Exchange Ticket Type.
- Step 6: Make sure the option you want exchange and submit it. All have been done!
Does Fort Edmonton Park offer a lost & found?
Yes, they does.The lost and found is located at the front entry. Given the size of their site, lost items often get returned at the end of the day and are available for pick-up on the next opening day.
