Framed Bikes Frequently Asked Questions
Do FramedBikes have touch up paint?
They do not provide touch-up paint on any of their bikes. They recommend purchasing paint from a hardware or hobby store in your area.
What is their return policy?
New, unused bikes may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price (minus the cost of their shipping label). All other new, unused items (not bicycles) can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price (minus the cost of their shipping label). All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging, labels and including any/all accessories and documentation. Please note that The House (thehouse.com) manages returns for all frame bikes.
What is their shipping policy?
FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. To qualify for free shipping, your order must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes) in the lower 48 states. Orders under 5 lbs and under $200 can be shipped via USPS, they reserve the right to use FedEx or USPS. Items shipped via USPS cannot be resent after shipping, so please double-check the shipping address entered at checkout. FedEx Ground operates Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Air service operates Monday through Friday. They do not offer Saturday delivery for any expedited shipping orders.
When will they be able to restock the bike I want?
They are constantly designing, redesigning, ordering and anticipating new bikes. If a model is out of stock on their website, it means they don't currently have that model for sale. Due to shipping uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, they do not and cannot provide accurate product restocking dates. They assure you that once the restock arrives, they will do their best to have it on their website and available for sale.
I have worn and/or damaged parts on my bike. Do they sell replacement parts?
Framed uses few, if any, proprietary components on their bikes. If you can't find replacement parts on the website, you should be able to find them easily through your local bike shop or online retailer.
