What is their shipping policy?
In freshly roasted coffee, they make every effort to pass through www.freshroastedcoffee Prepare, pack and ship all orders (inventory items) within 1-3 working days after placing the order. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday will be shipped the next Monday when baking resumes. Due to the baking schedule, they could not keep orders for later delivery.
For orders shipped using standard shipping *, once your order is shipped from their factory and processed by the carrier, please allow 5-7 working days for standard shipping.
- For your convenience, they offer a variety of fast transport options at an extra charge. All expedited freight shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless fresh roasted coffee is completely or partially exempted. Due to unforeseen factors, including bad weather conditions, FedEx and USPS do not guarantee the delivery time.
What is their return policy?
If you are not satisfied with coffee or tea, please buy it from www.freshroastcoffee. For any reason, please contact them: [email protected][email protected] Within 14 days after receiving your delivery. In your initial inquiry, please include your name, order ID, the items you want to return or replace and the reasons for return or replacement.
Please allow them to view your return query within 1-3 working days. If you are eligible for return or replacement, the representative will provide you with instructions on how to return unused items for refund or replacement.
To get a full refund, all unused products must be returned intact at the customer's expense. Please include your original order ID in the return so that they can identify your return when it arrives at their factory.
After receiving, checking and approving the return, they will contact you by email and refund the return item in full, less any discounts, promotion codes or coupons used at the time of purchase.
- Purchased and roasted green coffee cannot be returned. If you receive an order for green coffee and are not satisfied with the quality, please contact them immediately.
