How can I track my order?
- To track your order, please select the “Help” icon in the top right hand corner of our website and select “Track your Order”. From there, you will be prompted to enter your order number and the last name of your recipient.
- If you do not know your order number, please check your email inbox from the order confirmation message that they sent when your order was placed. You can also find this information by signing into your account and accessing your order history.
- If you require additional assistance, please contact a member of their team. Please note that real-time tracking is unavailable for florist deliveries during peak holiday weeks.
Do they offer corporate gift?
Yes, they do.
- Whether your shopping for a client or coworker, their corporate gifts are curated to make a lasting impression. Their collection offers a wide variety of decadent gift baskets and beautiful blooms that make anyone you give them to feel like an executive.
- Finding gifts that break through the corporate noise can be hard. While some seem like they are personable, others don’t seem grand enough to impress coworkers, clients and executives.
- At FTD, they have an entire collection curated specifically for corporate gifting. They know that these gifts need to stand above the rest and send a meaningful message to those who are important to the professional game.
When can I receive my order?
- For businesses, their partner florists will delivery any time between 9 AM and 6 PM. For residences, they will deliver between 9 AM and 8 PM (up to 9 PM on holidays). They will email you a confirmation as soon as the delivery is made.
- Unfortunately, they are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. This is because their partners deliver to funerals first, then hospitals, then businesses, and lastly residences.
- If you have a specific time constraint, please reach out to them so that they can make a request or assist with other accommodations.
