What is an installment plan?

• They now offer installment plans for customers who want to make smaller monthly payments on the box. You can choose an annual salary installment plan (minimum 12 months) or a quarterly installment plan (minimum 3 months). After the semester starts, you can only cancel the next semester. Terms automatically renew on a rolling basis.

• Under the installment plan, you will pay monthly, but you will still receive quarterly ticket boxes as usual. Please note that the discount code does not apply to installment plans.

When can I receive my box?

• Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details for your attention.

• In the UK, boxes are shipped with Royal Mail Tracking 48 and arrive within 2 working days of shipment.

• In the US and Canada, when they do international shipping, boxes arrive within a maximum of 12 business days from shipment to delivery, but they have temporarily extended this to 15-25 business days to accommodate any delays caused by COVID-19 and other current conditions. However, the vast majority of orders arrive within the usual time frame!

• Updates may take some time to show up on your trace link, but don't worry, your order is moving to the next scan location, so keep checking in!

Can I cancel the order?

Their goal is to ship the order as quickly as possible once it is placed. So once you place an order, they usually can't cancel it. If you want to cancel the order, please contact their customer experience team, but if the order has already been processed, they cannot prevent it from being shipped. They have a cumbersome free return policy, with full refunds on gadgets.
