How to start a return?

• Print & fill out the Returns Form.

• Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, ideally in the original packaging.

• Place inside the box the original packing slip or order receipt and the Return Form.

• Place the prepaid Merchandise Return Label on the outside of the box.

• Hand your package to a Mail Carrier or drop it off at the Post Office (USPS) or any UPS facility or store. Please do not call UPS to pick up your package as there is a $10.00 fee for this service, which will be at the customer's expense.

When will I receive my refund?

• You should expect to receive your refund within two-three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

• This time period includes the transit time for them to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes them to process your return once they receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process their refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Do I need to pay for international taxes and duties?

• Please note that orders shipping to Canada are delivered postage paid but you are responsible for any applicable Taxes & Duties. 

• Additionally, the shipping rates for Canadian orders are based on the weight of the items in your order. 

• To reflect the policies of the shipping companies they use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

What is the shipping policy for backorders?

• Due to manufacturing or transportation delays, they may be unable to completely fill an order in the first shipment. 

• All shipping charges will be billed with the first shipment. 

• No additional shipping charges will be billed when the backorder is shipped.

Do they charge for sales tax?

• Following a recent Supreme Court ruling, they are obligated by law to collect Sales Tax in most states. 

• The amount due will be calculated at the time of orderings and added to your total. Sales Tax is officially a “Sales and Use Tax”. 

• They are simply passing through 100% of those monies collected on their customer’s behalf.
