What to do if I think the sensor is damaged?

• You can check the status of your devices on the Location page. 
  

• If your sensor is offline, follow the troubleshooting steps to see if it will come back online. 
  

• If you believe your sensor is damaged, contact them to inquire about ordering a replacement.
  

How to track my order?

• When an order is fulfilled, the Primary Contact will receive an email with the tracking information for the package. 
  

• The tracking information is also available in the “In Progress” tab of the Locations view in the dashboard. 

• If you can’t locate your package’s tracking information on the dashboard, please contact them.
  

What if I didn't receive my package on time?

• If you haven’t received your package, please double check the tracking number to make sure that it hasn’t been delivered. 
  

• You may need to call the delivery service to inquire if a hold has been put on your package. 
  

• If, after calling the delivery service, you still have not received your package, please contact them and they will assist you.
  

How to connect sensor over Wi-Fi?

• Wi-Fi connection is possible if your Wi-Fi meets the necessary requirements. 
  

• If your Wi-Fi meets the requirements, the configuration is possible through the Dor App on an iOS device. 
  

• If you do not have an iOS device, you will need a base station to configure your device.
  

How long does it take to ship my order?

• Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days, and shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. 
  

• You can view the status of your order and the tracking information for your package in the Location Tab on the dashboard.
