What is the GhostProtector Warranty? 

• GhostBed Mattress Protector is for residential use only. GhostBed will replace GhostBed Mattress Protector to the original end-user purchaser if the laminate or fabric of the Product fails due to faulty workmanship or structural defects in the course of normal usage subject to the limitations and conditions described in this warranty. 

• A failure is defined as any food or beverage normally consumed by a human or any human or pet bodily fluid which, in less than 30 minutes, penetrates the GhostBed protector and reaches the mattress surface.

How the Mattress Trial Works?

• Just like a new pair of shoes, your new mattress needs some time to break in. Let your body adjust and get used to it for a full 30 days, at a minimum (it'll be worth it, they promise!).

• If you're not loving the comfort or feel of your mattress after the initial break-in period, no worries. Fill out this form and they'll be in touch within 3-4 business days.

• Your like-new mattress is a great candidate for donation. They'll just ask for your help in finding a church or non-profit in your area, to keep it local (and out of the landfill!). Depending on your area, they may be able to help with this.

What is the White Glove Delivery ?

• Once you’ve placed your order, GhostBed will ship your items to their White Glove service delivery team.

• You will receive an email from the White Glove team to confirm your order.

• Once the delivery team has received all your products, they will contact you again to schedule the best day and time for your delivery.

• If you ordered any of their other products (pillows, sheets, protectors, etc.), those will ship directly to you via FedEx.

• Note: White Glove deliveries typically take between 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location.

What is the shipping policy?

• They offer and nationwide shipping. Many customers receive their mattress within just 2-5 days of placing their order.

• GhostBed mattresses are proudly made in the United States, in one of their many manufacturing facilities. 

• Not only does this mean you get a high-quality mattress, but you’ll get it frighteningly fast!
