Why the tracking number updating is so slow?
Their warehouses are in China, Hong Kong, and Europe (only a few products). Their shipping process is much more complicated than your local online shopping, and it will take longer. When your package is delivered to the logistics company, the transportation has just begun. Your package departs from their company's warehouse to your hands and needs to go through China Customs, Hong Kong Customs, and destination customs. Each customs may inspect the package, and various customs procedures will delay the delivery of the package. During the period from the Chinese warehouse to the Hong Kong airport, the logistics take about 2-3 days. This is why your package cannot show that it has arrived at the website of express companies such as DHL.
How to request a warranty (return, repair and refund)?
If your item has an issue, please first submit a ticket to their Customer Service Team([email protected]). And then please carefully follow their warranty process to minimize any delays:
- Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).
- Tell them what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
- Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.
- Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
What Warranty does Giztop provide?
- 7 Days Doa Guarantee (Deal on Arrival): If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow the warranty process and contact their Customer Service Team for RMA authorization within 7 days of delivery. After returning the product to them, they can send you a new item free of charge.
- 14 Days Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items: If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 14 days of receiving it, you can contact them for a return and refund. And the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.
- 1 Year Repair Warranty: Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to Giztop, while they will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer.
How do I cancel an order on Giztop?
- If the expected shipping date of your order has already passed and it has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and request a refund, please send email to the customer service team for the cancellation: [email protected].
- Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, you are protected by their "14 Days Refund Guarantee".
