What’s the Shipping Policy?

Shipping costs are non-refundable.You will have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your products. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if paid by them.You should pay attention that the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary with the area you’re living.You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item over $75,. They don’t guarantee that they will receive your returned item.

Their app automates all of the main aspects of running a dropship business,it can:

• Import and set up items. You can pick and choose which items you want to import (or not), and you can override pricing and details, but with a click of a button you can import a couple hundred SKUs and just instantly import all of the descriptions, photos and behind-the-scenes detail data .It’s quite easy for you to import your goods.

• Dynamically calculate shipping.  If someone is far away and it costs $6 to ship, they'll be charged $6. If they're close and it costs $3 then they're charged $3. And if it's oversized and has to go priority, they'll get charged that. You don't lose on shipping and don't have to guesstimate averages. Behind the scenes it calculates actual shipping from OUR facility to the customer, and then charges them that.
• Handle Order Processing and Flow. When a customer places an order at your site, they check out like normal. Then, behind the scenes, it automatically routes that order over to them to be fulfilled, and handles charging you for the item (with your 30% discount).
  

What’s their refund Policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Returns are processed manually with manual review, so please allow up 3-5 business days.

• If a product has not yet shipped, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping. 
• If a product has already shipped, they may deduct the original shipping cost the customer paid from the amount to be refunded, in their sole discretion.
