How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the 48 continental US states is a standard flat rate of $5.99. Receive free standard shipping to the continental United States when you spend $99 or more (excl. sales tax). Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is a flat rate of $30 on all orders.
Where does GreenPan ship?
GreenPan delivers to addresses in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. GreenPan does not ship to PO and APO boxes. GreenPan cannot ship to Canada, South America or the US Virgin Islands.
What payment methods does GreenPan accept?
GreenPan accepts most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna Installment Pay.
When will I recieve my order?
GreenPan will ship your order as soon as possible within 1-5 days of receipt. Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days from date of shipment.
What is GreenPan's return policy?
Consumers may return their unused products within 60 days after receiving. GreenPan kindly accepts returns for products that are unused and in original packaging. Due to the nature of the item, cookbooks cannot be returned and are final sale. The shipping cost of returning unwanted purchases to GreenPan is the responsibility of the consumer.
