What is the shipping policy?
If you chose Standard Shipping (Super Saver) at checkout, FedEx tracking will show packages have been delivered once they arrive at your local post office.
Please allow 3-4 additional days for the Post Office to deliver your order to your home or office. Delivery Dates are quoted in business days, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not included.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders that have shipping upgrades to Priority, 2-Day, and Overnight usually process within 12-24 hours depending on the time the order is placed.
What can I learn about return policy?
Please call within 10 days of receipt of your order if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Fill out the return form included with your order.
Returns should be shipped prepaid via USPS mail only to the address below.
When the item is received, they will replace it or refund the purchase price (less the shipping and handling costs).
This process may take up to 10-14 days depending on the time of year. All sales are final. Custom and personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for receipt of your exchange order. If returning an item for exchange please include $5.95 for return shipping.
