Walkin' Pets accepts returns and exchanges for all of our off-the-shelf products as long as they are returned within 30 days of receiving them in like new condition with all parts and pieces included. What does “like new” mean? It means that you return the product like you received it. Use a lint roller and remove the hair before shipping it back to HandicappedPets.com. Try the product on indoors to avoid dirt. You can use a sock or t-shirt to keep the product clean too! Package the product with care. Protect all parts from rubbing against each other or from potential shipping damage.
Upon arriving back at Walkin' Pets, every returned item, even those in new condition, are closely inspected. Allowing HandicappedPets.com to maintain the highest level of care and ensure that every item they ship out is perfect for the next pet.

What is HandicappedPets.com Shipping Policy?
All orders $49 or more shipping within the Continental US are eligible for free shipping. Some product exclusions apply.
HandicappedPets.com will make every effort to ship your order within 1 business day. Express, Overnight and Second Day orders are usually done first.
Whenever possible, HandicappedPets.com will send you a tracking number you can use to find out when your product will be delivered.
They do not refund shipping charges for any reason. If your shipment is delayed by the carrier and you are entitled to a refund, you will need to deal directly with the carrier. If necessary, HandicappedPets.com will help you make a claim.
Some products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Their policies and ship times may differ from thiers. Heavy Duty Support Harness, Pet Steps, and Pet Ramp are not eligible for free shipping at this time.
Payment may be made by credit card where the credit card companies will guarantee security. In some cases, trade references or a bank check with funds drawn on a US bank may be required.
Walkin' Pets products are shipped to over 150 countries around the world. You will be responsible, though, for shipping and handling charges. Your shipping rates are calculated based on your order's size, weight, and the final destination of the order. The shipping calculator on thier shopping cart does not always accurately calculate for International shipping.
