What is the return policy of Hansonellis ?

Production time for Custom/Personalized gifts and favors is 5-10 business days before shipment. Standard (order ships out within 5-10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays) .Rush (orders ships out within 5-7 working days, excluding weekends and holidays). Expedite (orders ships out within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and holidays).  Standard transit time will be 2-5 working days, depending on your delivery address in the US. Orders will be shipped via First Class Mail , Priority Shipping, FedEx, or UPS Ground Shipment. Customer can choose to select express shipping upon request. All orders are based upon stock availability. If your product is out-of-stock for an unusual amount of time, they will contact you. 

How about Hansonellis refund policy ?

Non-personalized and/or non-custom products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days without a restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is not 100% free from defects, you may return or exchange the merchandise in it's original condition and packaging. If you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, you can return your order to their warehouse for a refund. After they receive the returned package, their accounting department will refund you the amount approved by their sales department. 

What about the detailed information of its payment ?

They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If you are an international customer, their banking service will convert international currencies to U.S. dollars. They also accept personal checks, company checks, or money order issued from the U.S. (No international checks). All international credit cards will be verified by the issuing bank of credit card to insure they only ship to the billing address, billing phone number, and card holder's name. Orders that are over $500 may require a cashier's check in US dollars. Your private information and credit card payment is protected using a secured gateway.
