What is their return policy?
They do not accept any returns for hair products, nail products, skin care lines or accessories. They only accept returns for hair products. All returns and exchanges may incur additional charges. 1 - 15 days from verified delivery date: Payment refund minus $20.00 processing fee (must be shipped by day 15). 16 - 45 days from verified delivery date: Store credit payment minus $20.00 handling fee (must be postmarked by day 45). Head Kandy does not accept cash on delivery returns. Return shipping is borne by the purchaser. Product needs to be returned in new condition and original packaging. Refunds will be denied if the packaging or product appears damaged or not in the original packaging, including the product tray. Please remove all hair and product buildup from brushes before returning.

Will the bristles break?
Yes, they can, because the bristles on the sides are made of plastic, which softens when the brush is heated. If you brush your hair and separate it before use, you won't break the bristles. The bristles on the sides act as insulation for the heated bristles inside the brush. If the bristles break, you can use a brush; you just need to pay attention to areas like the ears. Please use a brush gently. Take it easy!
