Can I enjoy Express shipping at Herschel?

• They do offer you the option of express delivery of your package, but at an additional cost.

What are the conditions for returns?

• All goods must be returned unused, unwashed items, with the original tag and packaging. 

• The conditions of the product are determined by Herschel Supplies. 

• Non-repackaged products must be returned intact. 

• A product equipped with a Bluetooth tile tracker may not return once a tile is activated.

Can my product be repaired?

• At present, they do not have a globally available maintenance facility. 

• However, if you do not wish to proceed with the full warranty claim and choose to have the repair costs borne by a third party, Herschel Suppliers will not bear the repair costs.

What is the warranty policy?

• This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and subject to applicable laws. 

• The warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

• The Luggage & Apparel Limited Warranty is valid for 5 years, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer and subject to applicable laws.

What to do if my gift card was lost?

• Herschel & Company will not be responsible for the loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of the gift card. 

• However, if they suspect that the gift card was fraudulently obtained or used for fraudulent purposes, Herschel reserves the right to suspend the customer's account or refuse payment with the gift card.
