Can I return it?

If for any reason you think your work is not exactly correct, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Their team is here to help you. You can return your Hoft Home product for any reason - even if you're just replacing your mind. To ensure a successful return, please ensure your item is in brand new condition and that you have all the original packaging on hand. Hoft Home will not refund or pay return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective. Returns will be arranged by a Hoft Home representative who will contact you to arrange the return and advise you what the return shipping will be. (Please provide the agent with the reason for the return and your order and finally the ideal date for their representative to pick up the item from your home.

What are the conditions for return?

Please Note: All returns and exchanges must be packaged in the original Hoft Home. If you no longer have the original packaging, they will not be able to safely ship the product and you will not be eligible for a refund. Once items are back in their warehouse they will be inspected by their team. As long as it is in new condition, they will refund the money minus return shipping.
