What is their shipping cost?

They offer free shipping on all consecutive state orders. All shipments are trackable and a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once the order ships. The customer is responsible for returns.

What is their return policy?

If you don't really like your Huggaroo product, you can return it to them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products damaged by customers due to misuse, neglect or failure to follow their instructions are not eligible. To initiate a return, please email [email protected]. Proof of purchase is required.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and reviewed, they will send you an email notifying you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

What is their shipping policy?

Free shipping on all orders. The vast majority of orders placed before 2pm EST Monday through Friday are picked, packed and shipped the same day. Saturday, Sunday and holiday orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.

The sense of smell is unique to everyone, so depending on who you ask, perception will vary. However, they designed their wraps to make lavender aromatherapy subtle and soothing, rather than overwhelming. They also have unscented versions of all their products.

Are there other ways to heat my Huggaroo product?

The only safe way to heat Huggaroo products is in a microwave with a carousel. They do not recommend heating your product on an oven or radiator as external heating is unpredictable and may eventually burn the packaging.
