Hunter Fan Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Standard Shipping usually takes 1-7 business days based on the Fedex Transit Map (See below). Hunter ships orders within 24 hours during business days from their Mississippi warehouse.
2nd Day Shipping takes 2 business days (ie. excludes Sat and Sun)
For example, if your order is received on Thursday, the order would be scheduled for deliver at the end of Monday. Please note orders received by 1 pm CST will be shipped the same day.
How to track my order?

If you have additional shipping or tracking enquiries once your item has been shipped,please contact Express directly as they have no insight into any additional information.
What are the conditons for returns?
Within 45 days of purchase date.
Product should be in its original, un-installed condition and returned in original packaging.
They will refund your full purchase price, plus taxes when They receive the returned fan.
They will not refund the original shipping charges. However, they will email you a pre-paid postage return label.
What are covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty?
If any part of your ceiling fan motor fails during your ownership of the fan due to a defect in material or workmanship, as determined solely by Hunter, Hunter will provide you with a replacement fan free of charge.
The foregoing limited warranty applies only to the motor itself and does not apply to electronic controls – such as remote control transmitters, remote control receivers, or capacitors – used in conjunction with the motor.
Such electronic control items are included in the one-year limited warranty.
